Archer Woods accepts payments via PayPal and verified third-party payment processing, so we do not retain your payment information in any way. We will contact you only with order confirmations, shipping information, and to make sure you have received and love your item, unless you have signed up to "Join the Family" and receive promotional emails and updates. You can unsubscribe from these at any time if we start to bug you!

Wholesale Inquiries

We welcome wholesale orders, especially from small businesses! Please email us at to discuss which items you'd like to carry, as well as pricing and order minimums. We will promote your shop on our website and Social Media to help cross-promote, and we take care to make sure those carrying our products are spaced out geographically so as not to compete with one another. We look forward to working with you!

Shipping Policy

Thank you for your interest in making a purchase from our family of shops!

Each item in our shops will indicate whether it is shipped from Powhatan, Virginia, or from a third party production partner. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please review shipping timelines within each product listing. At this time, most items ship only to the United States. 


Please be sure to provide accurate address information to ensure proper delivery, as we unfortunately cannot take responsibility for undelivered or returned orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

In order to return or exchange an item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your item. Depending on the type of item, we will provide exchange and refund options, as many items are made-to-order. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
