Shipping Policy

Thank you for your interest in making a purchase from our family of shops!

Each item in our shops will indicate whether it is shipped from Powhatan, Virginia, or from a third party production partner. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please review shipping timelines within each product listing. At this time, most items ship only to the United States.

Please be sure to provide accurate address information to ensure proper delivery, as we unfortunately cannot take responsibility for undelivered or returned orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

In order to return or exchange an item, please email us at ArcherWoodsLLC@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Depending on the type of item, we will provide exchange and refund options, as many items are made-to-order.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ArcherWoodsLLC@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
